Do your products come with a warranty?
All our products are covered by a full manufacturer warranty. We only stock quality merchandise so you know your product will standthe test of time. Please view individual product listing for appropriate product warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
All our products are covered by a full manufacturer warranty. Warranties usually cover manufacture defects. Terms, conditions, and exclusions may apply. View individual product information page or product user manual included with your purchase.
I have received a faulty item - what now?
We are sorry to hear that. In most cases we will need to inspect the damaged goods to arrange for the product to be repaired orreplaced. Every situation will be treated individually. Who pays the postage costs if an item has to be returned?

I have changed my mind about the product or made an incorrect choice. Can I get a refund?
Yes, we have a money back guarantee! You can return the item within 7 days from receiving the product if you are not completely satisfied. The product must be in its original packaging. In the situation where an item needs to be returned, the full purchase price will be refunded (Less postage and handling costs) once we have received the product.
How quickly do I need to report a faulty or damaged item to GOEASY Online?
You need to contact us as soon as possible viaContact Us page. We will try and resolve this matter as promptly as possible.
If my item is damaged in transit will the item be replaced?
If you suspect that the item is damaged, please DO NOT sign for the package. You must sign that 'goods need to be inspected' on the consignment. All items will be assessed on a case by case basis. You must email us as soon as you have received the product.Contact Us . You must provide suitable confirmation of the damage(Photos primarily, and/or written quotes if the damage is internal, electrical or mechanical) so we can arrange for suitable replacement of damaged parts. Replacements are subject to stock availability and selected product lines.
I do not have the original packaging of my item, so can I still return it?
Yes, you can still return the item without the original packaging, as long as you can provide suitable packaging for the return of the item. (Postage and handling costs are the customer's responsibility) This only applies to faulty or damaged goods.
Can I drop my return item off in person to your warehouse?
Drop-offs are usually not accepted. However, there may be occasional exceptions if arrangement has been made with the appropriate channels,i.e. service or repair centers for appropriate products. Please view all terms and conditions before purchasing.

When will I receive my order?
Your products will be shipped shortly after your payment has been cleared. Please allow up to 10 business days. In most cases, items take approx 2-5 business days after payment has been cleared. (*Excludes weekends and public holidays)
When will my order be shipped?
Your products will be shipped shortly after your purchase, in most cases within 48 hours of the transaction. Please allow up to 10 business days. The following are estimated shipping times:
Queensland: 2-7
New South Wales: 2-7
Victoria: 1-5
South Australia: 2-7
Tasmania: 3-10
Western Australia: 4-10
Northern Territory: 4-10

I have a PO Box. Can you deliver to me?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags. Please provide a suitable delivery address.
How do I calculate delivery costs for the item(s) I'm interested in?
Simply add the item(s) of interest to the 'basket/ Postage calculator' put your postcode in the 'find' tab and the delivery costs are calculated automatically.
Can I pick up from your warehouse or organize my own courier?
Sorry, we are unable to organize external courier services. These services are carried out by independent companies; this would cause confusion and possible shipping delays for our consumers. Pickups are welcome from our Ravenhall office.

Can you send my item faster and speed up the delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to fast-track your shipping time. If you need something by a specific date, you should allow a 10 business day timeframe for the order to be processed and delivered to you.
Do you offer shipping discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, we do. However, this is dependant on the specific product and availability of stock. May not apply to large items such as bicycles, tricycles, and exercise equipment. For bulk purchases please contact us prior to ordering: Contact Us
Can you ship my items together?
In most cases, yes. However, every situation is different. So please bear in mind that there are many factors involved and you may not always receive your items together.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Australia only. If you're an international buyer please contact us for more information.
Small item(s) under 20kg and less than 1 Meter in length will generally be dispatched via Australia Post. For larger items we use Direct Freight Express and Kings Transport We accept direct transfer (online banking), credit card via SecurePay Bank deposit and money order.
