All products sold by Rolling Distribution come with standard manufacturing guarantees against faults: If the product has a manufacturing fault we will replace it free of charge once we are satisfied that the fault is as a result of manufacturing and NOT from extreme riding or over use.
If the product fails due to wear and tear, accident, neglect or negligence, or if it is outside the warranty period of 30 days, the item will no longer be covered under warranty.

The original purchaser, who bought the product from an authorised dealer. Proof of purchase must be provided.
What is covered?
Any materials that are deemed faulty, providing the product has been used at all times in normal conditions, installed correctly, properly maintained and in accordance with the instructions.
What is not covered?
Second hand product. Modified product. Poorly maintained product. Normal wear & tear. Improper or abnormal use: not following instructions; excessive load; transport damage
Any consequential loss or damage to any person or property directly or indirectly as a result of using product.
How a claim is made
When making a claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase, condition photos of the item. This information is required to be submitted via the support center and communication is made through the support center. When the claim is created, the customer will receive the claim number and the customer support team should reply within 48 hours.
