HOW WE COMPARE PRICES

We compare the total price you would actually pay to purchase the identical product from the competitor.

Competitor's advertised product price + any applicable delivery or freight charges

If the competitor offers free pickup or click-and-collect for the identical product and it is genuinely available to you, we may compare against the pickup price.

If the competitor does not offer pickup, or pickup is not available for the product or offer being compared, the applicable delivery or freight charge to your location will be included in the comparison.

✓ WHAT QUALIFIES?

For a Price Match request to be considered:

  • Identical product, including the same brand, model, SKU, specifications, colour/version and included accessories.
  • The competitor must be an Australian retailer selling directly to Australian consumers.
  • The product must be brand new.
  • The product must be currently in stock and available for purchase.
  • The price must be publicly advertised and able to be verified.
  • Applicable compulsory delivery or freight charges will be included in the comparison.
  • If pickup is used for the comparison, it must be genuinely available for the identical product and offer.

✕ WHAT ARE THE EXCLUSIONS?

Our Price Match does not apply to:

  • Cashback offers, bonus products, free gifts or promotional packages.
  • Bulk-purchase, quantity-based or volume pricing.
  • Offers including assembly, installation or additional services not included in the equivalent Go Easy Online offer.
  • Products that are out of stock or unavailable for purchase.
  • Products that are not the identical model or SKU.
  • Products that are not the same colour, version, specification or configuration.
  • Trade-only, wholesale or commercial pricing not available to the general public.
  • Obvious pricing or advertising errors.
  • Retailers or sellers located outside Australia.
  • Refurbished, used, second-hand, ex-display, demonstration, damaged or factory-second products.
  • Auction listings or private sellers.
  • Prices requiring a paid membership or subscription.
  • Individual or targeted coupon codes, loyalty rewards or account-specific offers, unless otherwise agreed by Go Easy Online.
WHAT IF THE PRICE IS SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW RRP?

A competitor's offer will not automatically be excluded simply because it is significantly below the recommended retail price.

Go Easy Online may verify that the offer is genuine, currently available, in stock and otherwise meets the requirements of this Price Match Policy.
