LCD Display with Performance Tracking

The LCD display has easy to read RPM, Speed, Time, Distance, Calories, Watts and Pulse. Six Programs: Interval, Target, Distance, Calories, Time and Heart Rate. Polar heart rate receiver built in, allowing the bike to connect to many heart rate belts.

Multi-Grip Handle Bars

Fitted with multi-grip handle bars to allow for both neutral and regular grip. Large, cushioned seat for comfort with 11 height adjustments and 7 fore and aft positions to suit all size users.

Fixed Foot Rests

To focus on upper body exclusively, the OAF300.3 has fixed footrests on either side, so you can support your weight or rest your legs as you continue to work your upper body.

The new post height adjustable mechanism has a marked seat post incremental heights, adjusted with spring pin into holes in post*.
